Since I need the Fog Badge in order to use Surf, would anyone be able to give me any tips for challenging Morty? I know he uses Ghost types, but not much else.
If it'll help, I could tell you the moves my team knows, but some of them have a lot of them.
Also, does anyone know where I can find a Shuckle? I saw a picture of one, and they look really cute.

If you have a Normal-type Pokémon with moves other than normal moves, they have a chance of being near-invincible. Otherwise, dark Pokémon and maybe a few psychics for the Haunter and Gengar will work nicely.

I think I'll still need to do a little training, though.

[He takes about two minutes just going through the list and thinking up of possibilities.]
Morty has Pokémon at about levels forty to fifty so you definitely have the level advantage with three of your Pokémon, even if you don't bother to use dark moves to your advantage.
But since your Golurk and Gardevoir are both weak to ghost type moves despite the moves they have, I'd say this would be a problematic battle on your end. However, if you train your Mawile more, she will have a good chance against the ghosts.

That's what I was thinking. She's very good at defense, so even if she can't do most of the battle on her own, she could weaken them enough for the others.

Your Mawile can be more than just a battle starter.

Thank you for the advice.

But anyway, onto the important shit. I need a list of your Pokemon before I can actually help you out. That way we can figure out if you need to catch anything or if you'll be fine with what you've got.

Alright, so it doesn't look like you really have many with a type advantage going on here. Nakama will help you decently, but your best bet is gonna just be to go in hard and fast using all your special attacks. I recommend Altaria- dragon types are pretty fuckin' powerful all around, you can't go wrong there.
Altaria won't win you the battle single handed though. But I think if you just go in and hit heavy, you'll be able to take him out with Nakama, Altaria and Lapras.
Audio;
I'm glad that you think they're strong enough. They really try hard when they train.
Audio;
And yeah, they seem pretty damn strong. Maybe not enough to get any one hit knockouts, but they should be able to hold their own. If they're determined, then you'll have an easy time kicking Morty's ass.
Audio;
Do you always...use words like that?

[It's so deeply ingrained in him that he doesn't even realize what she's talking about.]

Oh.
Giiirl, don't be like that.

But now I need a proper apology. I need to know that this conversation's gotten through to you. So come on, say it. Say fuck. Or anything else, honestly.

Are they really rare? I don't think I've seen anyone with one yet.
