9th Light [Video]

[The video feed turns on to show a magnificent view of the sea. And the back of a Lapras's head. For once, there doesn't seem to be any sign of her Golurk. She swivels the feed around to show a complete 360 degree view, before turning it to face herself. She seems to be in a much better mood than the last time she appeared on camera.]

The sea is so beautiful isn't it? This is my first time I've actually seen it for myself.

I've still got another day before I reach Cianwood City. Hopefully the weather stays clear. Is there anyone else in that area?

Big and messy and not to be trusted with anything more fragile than a rock. Even the nice, sane ones have enough energy to drive me insane on a good day.

I try, but with so many it's difficult. Besides, some of them are... best left alone most of the time.

Are they unfriendly?

Bully and Punk are. Hellspawn is just plain dangerous.

I don't know. She just likes to attack people's eyes.

That wouldn't explain why she attacks team members that are minding their own business, unless she prefers to strike preemptively.

...She's still young. She might stop that once she's older.

That's possible. I hope she does stop.

That would be nice. I can't even let her out at the same time as most of the others.

It is, but better that than risking their safety.

Then maybe I'm just overthinking things. Not all other Pokemon are as rare...but you're right; Reprise hasn't shown any negative effects. In fact, she's one of my happiest Pokemon.

(Let's just disregard the whole "a happy face to hide the tears" possibility thingy.)

Does yours love singing, too? Mine certainly does...she has a wonderful voice.
