[The video on the pokégear turns on to show a close-up of a Golett's face. It holds the 'gear back after a moment, showing Ushio in the background propped up against a tree and looking over a map. There also happens to be an Eevee curled up in her lap. She jots a few notes down on the map before folding it back up and noticing what her pokémon is doing. She smiles and beckons the Golett over.]

Nakama, over here. We need to go this way.

[As it approaches, she takes the 'gear back from it. She also appears to be alone, which is odd. Hadn't she been traveling with a couple of others before?]

Is Goldenrod City really as big as the maps make it look?



((ooc: Laguna and Clementine will find a neatly written note stating that Ushio's left for Goldenrod and that she'll meet back up with them as soon as she can. With many promises that she'll be safe. She does have her new pokémon partners, after all.))

Yup.

It's not too bad all things considered, but if you plan to go there, bring a map... and, hell, all of your possessions too. There's a vortex under that town that sucks people in and doesn't let them move out.

I'd even say the maps make it seem a little SMALLER than reality.

I think it's the biggest city in Johto - at least twice the size of Violet City, or so it feels. [After spending a long time in Violet it felt unbelievable to be in a big city like that.] It's a really nice city though, reminds me of Osaka.

Goldenrod City is huge! I still get lost in it sometimes and I've been here for four months! [ Momo does know an awful lot about Goldenrod but, on the other hand, she knows like, nothing about the other places. ]
